Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ClearMic, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use ClearMic.

ClearMic reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of ClearMic after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

License

ClearMic grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for your own personal or business purposes, subject to these terms.

You may not:

• Modify, adapt, or reverse engineer ClearMic
• Distribute, sell, or rent ClearMic to third parties
• Use ClearMic for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

User Responsibilities

As a user of ClearMic, you are responsible for:

• Using ClearMic in compliance with these terms and all applicable laws
• Maintaining the security of your device and account
• Not interfering with the operation of ClearMic or its services
• Not using ClearMic to violate the rights of others

Limitations of Liability

ClearMic is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ClearMic disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall ClearMic be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of ClearMic, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if ClearMic has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Termination

ClearMic may terminate or suspend your access to ClearMic at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these terms.

Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of ClearMic and delete all copies of ClearMic from your device.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
